Prepare your comic

Use one image file per comic page. The reader keeps everything on your device and sorts the pages by filename.

  1. Export pages as PNG, JPG, WEBP, or AVIF.
  2. Name pages in reading order with leading numbers, for example 001-Cover.png, 002-Page-01.png, 003-Page-02.png.
  3. Keep every page upright and use a consistent page size. A portrait comic ratio around 2:3 works best.
  4. Tap Open Your Comic and select every page for that comic at the same time.
  5. Use page turns, zoom, and 4K Enhance inside the reader. Local files are not uploaded to Prime.
